Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of MediCore (“the Service”), a clinic & medical practice management platform operated by Wizzora Agency (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you (“the Clinic” / “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MediCore provides multi-tenant software for clinics and medical centers — including electronic medical records, appointments, billing, patient engagement and related tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your organization’s accounts and for your staff’s use of the Service.
• You must be legally authorized to operate a healthcare practice in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions & payment

• Access requires an active paid subscription. Plans are billed yearly in advance at the prices shown at checkout (USD, charged via our payment provider in the processing currency).
• Subscriptions activate on successful payment and remain active for the billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to renew suspends access to the Service.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to store data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the Service.

5. Patient data

You are the controller of the patient and clinical data you enter; we act as your processor and handle it under our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any patient consents required by law and for the accuracy of clinical records.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding are owned by Wizzora Agency. You retain ownership of your data. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. MediCore is a management tool and does not provide medical advice; clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed professionals.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for non-payment. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
